Where We Deliver

We deliver to mainland UK addresses. If you need delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or other non-mainland locations, please contact us at hello@felted.uk for a delivery quote before placing your order.

Delivery Cost

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 to mainland UK addresses. For orders under £50, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched within 10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, colour selection, and your location. Some colours have longer lead times — check individual product pages for details.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Large or Heavy Orders

Some products, particularly ceiling baffles, ceiling rafts, and large wall panels, may be delivered on pallets or require a signature on delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is accessible for the size of your order. Failed deliveries due to access issues may result in additional charges.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, email us at hello@felted.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will sort it out as quickly as possible.
