Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. If you need delivery to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands, please contact us at hello@felted.uk for a delivery quote before placing your order.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us at hello@felted.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Returns

Every Felted product is made to order in your chosen colour and size, which means it's made for you and nobody else. Because of this, made-to-order products can only be returned if faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Want to change colour or size after ordering? Tell us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate before production begins. Once your order enters the workshop it can no longer be changed.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@felted.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will put it right.

Stocked accessories such as brackets, leg sets and fixing wires aren't made to order and may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty
All products come with a manufacturer's guarantee of between 2 and 10 years depending on the product. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Check the product page for the specific guarantee period.

To make a warranty claim, email us at hello@felted.uk with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if possible.
