Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. If you need delivery to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands, please contact us at mo@kmp-ltd.com for a delivery quote before placing your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us at mo@kmp-ltd.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Returns
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to cancel your order, no questions asked. Please note that made-to-order products are exempt from this — we are unable to accept change of mind returns on items made specifically to your order. The product listing will clearly state if an item is made to order.
How do I start a return?

What condition do the goods need to be in?
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund if goods show signs of use or damage beyond what's needed to check them.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we'll cover the return cost.
When will I get my refund?
We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will go back to the original payment method.
Warranty
All products come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Many products carry a longer guarantee — either 5 or 10 years — and where this applies it will be clearly stated on the product listing. This guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
