Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom-made products, including items cut to size or manufactured specifically for your order, can only be returned if faulty or supplied incorrectly.

To start a return, email us at hello@felted.uk with your order number.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We may reduce your refund if goods show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to check them.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us at hello@felted.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

All products are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, email hello@felted.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
