Returns and changes

Every Felted product is made to order in your chosen colour and size.

Changing your order. Tell us as soon as possible if you'd like a different colour or size. We will always try to accommodate changes before production begins. Once your order enters the workshop it is made specifically for you and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Made-to-order products. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to products manufactured specifically to your order. Made-to-order products can only be returned if faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or damaged goods. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email hello@felted.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will put it right.

Stocked accessories. Any item not made to order may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
