These terms apply to all orders placed through felted.uk, operated by K & M Partnership Ltd trading as Felted.
K & M Partnership Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16442462. VAT registration number: 494513863.
Orders
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product information, pricing, or availability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Products
We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
PET felt is manufactured using recycled materials. Minor variations in colour, fibre pattern, or texture between batches are a natural characteristic of the material and are not considered defects.
Product dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly from those listed.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or our appointed payment provider.
Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or other non-mainland locations may be possible but require a manual quotation. Please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accessible. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or access issues may result in additional charges.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage, missing items, or incorrect goods within 48 hours by emailing hello@felted.uk.
Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
This cancellation right does not apply to products marked as custom-made or made to order, including products cut to size or manufactured specifically for your order. Custom-made products may only be returned if faulty or supplied incorrectly.
To cancel an eligible order, email hello@felted.uk with your order number.
Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method as the original transaction. We reserve the right to make a deduction if goods show evidence of use beyond what is necessary to check them.
Warranty
All products are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@felted.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of K & M Partnership Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
