These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through felted.uk (the "Website"), operated by K & M Partnership Ltd trading as Felted.

K & M Partnership Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16442462. VAT registration number: 494513863.

In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to K & M Partnership Ltd trading as Felted. "You" and "your" refer to the customer placing an order through the Website.

By placing an order through our Website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Orders

1.1 By placing an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms.

1.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product information, pricing, or availability.

1.4 If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

1.5 Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

2. Products

2.1 We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions accurately on the Website.

2.2 Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

2.3 PET felt is manufactured using recycled materials and minor variations in colour, fibre pattern, or texture between batches are a natural characteristic of the material and are not considered defects.

2.4 Product dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly from those listed.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment is taken at the time of placing your order.

3.2 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

3.3 All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or our appointed payment provider.

4. Delivery

4.1 We deliver to addresses within UK mainland only.

4.2 Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or other non-mainland locations may be possible but require a manual quotation. Please contact us before placing your order.

4.3 Delivery timescales provided on the Website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4.4 We are not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, suppliers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

4.5 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.

4.6 You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accessible for the products ordered. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or access issues may result in additional delivery charges.

4.7 Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage, missing items, or incorrect goods within 48 hours by emailing mo@kmp-ltd.com.

5. Returns & Cancellations

5.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

5.2 This cancellation right does not apply to made-to-order products, including products cut to size or manufactured specifically for your order. The product listing will clearly state where an item is made to order.

5.3 Made-to-order products may only be returned if they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

5.4 To exercise your right to cancel an eligible order, please email mo@kmp-ltd.com with your order number.

5.5 Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

5.6 You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

5.7 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method as the original transaction.

5.8 We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the goods show evidence of use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

6. Warranty

6.1 All products are covered by a minimum 2-year manufacturer's guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Many products carry a longer guarantee of either 5 or 10 years; where this applies it will be clearly stated on the product listing.

6.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.

6.3 To make a warranty claim, please contact us at mo@kmp-ltd.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.

7. Liability

7.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.

7.3 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from or in connection with your order.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of K & M Partnership Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

9.1 Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.

10. General

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10.3 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
