Acoustic Wall Tiles – Circle – PET Felt
Add style and quiet to your walls with the Circle Acoustic Wall Tile from Felted. These round tiles fix to the wall and let you build clean, contemporary layouts, from even grids and offset half-drop rows to scattered dot patterns that make a feature of the space around them. They help to soak up sound, making any room feel quieter and more comfortable. Mix and match colours to create your own design or keep it simple with one colour throughout.
Available in 48 colours and three pack sizes, all 12mm deep:
300 x 300mm - 16 pieces per pack
400 x 400mm - 9 pieces per pack
600 x 600mm - 4 pieces per pack
Each pack contains one colour. Backed by a 10-year guarantee.
Really easy to install yourself. The tiles are lightweight so all you need is a grab adhesive or some pin head nails. Just mark out your layout on the wall, stick or pin them up and you're done. No special tools or skills needed. Most people have a full wall finished in an afternoon.
How to hang these tiles
Fix them to the wall with Button-fix Type 3 panel fixings. A hidden push-fit clip, no visible screws, and the tile pulls off whenever you need to get behind it. Line each fixing up with our reusable Button-fix marker tool, sold separately.

Tested performance
| Mounting | Like | αw | Class | NRC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flat on a rigid backing (ISO 354) | A panel fixed to a wall | 0.30 (MH) | D | 0.40 |
12mm board, 2.4kg/m², tested to ISO 354 and rated to ISO 11654; NRC 0.40 calculated by us from the lab's results. Figures are per square metre of board, so they work for any size; for a panel hung or standing free they are a conservative guide, because its back face and edges absorb sound too. See how to read acoustic panel ratings.
Acoustic performance in your space varies with how the product is mounted, the room, and how much material is used. For the full breakdown see the science page, or contact us.

Do felt wall tiles reduce sound?
Felt wall tiles are a decorative finish first. They absorb a little of the sound that reflects around a room, so they soften echo, but they are not soundproofing and do not stop sound passing between rooms. If cutting echo is the aim, how much of the wall you cover matters more than any single tile.
How do I lay circle tiles evenly?
Work out from the centre of the wall, not a corner, so the part tiles land even at both edges. Snap a level and a plumb line, set the first tile on the cross, then build outward. They go up dry, with no mortar or grout. Download the circle setting-out grid (PDF) and work to it as you go, and see the full laying and spacing guide.
Should the tiles be butted tight or spaced?
Circles do not tessellate, so they are always spaced. Set them out on an even grid of centres and treat the gap as part of the design.
How do I fix them to the wall?
Two ways. Adhesive on the back holds them permanently. For a removable fixing that leaves the wall clean, use Button-fix Type 3, see planning Button-fix Type 3 fixings for felt panels and tiles. Either way, tile the field first and cut in the edges last.
Are felt wall tiles fire rated?
Yes. The felt is classified Class B-s1,d0 to BS EN 13501-1, the European reaction to fire standard.
