Acoustic Wall Panel – Rounded Edge – 24mm PET Felt
A simple, effective way to soften the sound in any room. Our Rounded Corner Acoustic Panel has a clean felt-like finish with a 25mm radius cut on each corner, giving it a softer, more relaxed look than a standard square edge. Made from 100% PET, with up to 75% post-consumer recycled content, and fully recyclable at the end of its life.
At 24mm thick, these panels carry a Class B fire rating (BS EN 13501), which makes them suitable for corridors, stairwells, classrooms and offices where fire performance matters. They work on walls or ceilings and are fully pinnable, so they double up nicely as noticeboards.
Easy enough to install yourself. Use polymer adhesive on a clean, flat, dry wall: spread it on the back of the panel and press firmly into place. Brad nails are a quicker alternative and the heads sink into the felt fibres, so they are barely visible once fixed.

Made or cut from solid 24mm PET felt board. The 24mm board is rated NRC 0.65, measured to EN ISO 354 with the board suspended as a baffle with both faces exposed.

Every Felted product is made to order in your chosen colour and size. Want to change colour or size after ordering? Tell us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate before production begins. Once made, items can't be returned unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@felted.uk within 48 hours with photos and we'll put it right.
